1. About these Terms

1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") set the rules for using the website https://chatamba.com (the "Site") and the material on it.

1.2. The Site is run by Ksentra LLC (ООО «КСЕНТРА»), a company registered in the Russian Federation: OGRN 1127746162741, INN 7729705107, address 119526, Moscow, Vernadskogo prospekt, 93, building 1, apt. 82, Russian Federation; email hello@chatamba.com ("we", "us").

1.3. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

1.4. These Terms cover the Site only. The chat with Chatamba bot is not open yet. When it opens, it will have its own terms, and we will ask for your agreement before any conversation starts.

2. Using the Site

2.1. You can read the Site for free, without registering.

2.2. Please don't:

disrupt the Site: overload it, look for or exploit weaknesses, or guess passwords;
try to get into the private admin area of the Site or into anyone else's data;
use the Site for anything unlawful or that infringes other people's rights;
present the Site's material as your own.

2.3. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules, for example by blocking an IP address.

3. Content and intellectual property

3.1. The text, images and design of the Site belong to us or are used with permission. Intellectual property law protects them.

3.2. You may read the material, share links to its pages, and quote short extracts as far as the law allows, naming the source and linking to the page. Copying material in full, republishing it or using it commercially needs our written permission.

3.3. If you think something on the Site infringes your rights, email hello@chatamba.com with the page address and the right you believe is infringed. We will look into it and reply.

4. Not professional advice

4.1. The Site offers information. It is not psychological, medical, legal or financial help, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

4.2. Neither the Site nor the future Chatamba bot diagnoses anyone or offers treatment. Chatamba bot is not a therapist or a psychologist. It is software. More on the AI disclosure page.

4.3. Decisions about your health, work, money and relationships are yours. If you need professional help, please see a professional, and if you already work with one, keep doing so.

4.4. If you are struggling or thinking about harming yourself, don't wait. The AI disclosure page lists crisis lines.

5. Age

5.1. The chat with Chatamba bot will be only for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please don't use it.

5.2. The material on the Site is written for adults.

5.3. If you are under 18 and need support, the AI disclosure page points to places to turn to.

6. Links to other websites

Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We don't control those websites, and we aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle data. When you follow a link, the terms of that website apply.

7. Availability and liability

7.1. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep the material accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that it is free of errors or that the Site will always be available.

7.2. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for loss that comes from using the Site or from being unable to use it, or for decisions you make based on its material.

7.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. That includes liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and your mandatory rights as a consumer.

7.4. We aren't responsible for failures caused by things outside our control, such as faults in networks or in providers' equipment, or the acts of third parties.

8. Personal data

We process visitors' personal data as the Privacy Policy describes. These Terms don't contain any consent to the processing of personal data. Where we need your consent, we will ask for it separately.

9. Governing law and disputes

9.1. The Site is run by a company registered in Russia, as section 1.2 says, and it is operated from Russia.

9.2. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes between businesses go to the Arbitrazh Court of the City of Moscow (https://msk.arbitr.ru/). If you are a consumer, your claim goes to the court the law provides, including a court where you live if the law gives you that right.

9.3. Whichever law applies, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to protect you.

9.4. If you have a complaint, email hello@chatamba.com. We will look into it and reply within 30 days of receiving it.

10. Changes to these Terms

10.1. We may change these Terms. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page, unless it says otherwise. The version number and the effective date are shown at the top of the page.

10.2. If you keep using the Site after a new version is published, you accept it.

10.3. If any part of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
